Shipping info:

Currently all products are shipped from Concord, CA 20 miles east of San Francisco and sent Priority US Postal Service or UPS Ground depending on size and weight. International orders are sent US Postal Service Airmail or Global Priority and are subject to additional shipping charges. Customers outside of US Borders are responsible for knowing Customs and Import Laws, of their respective Country, for products displayed for purchase on MrProtein.Com and their potential for non compliance with those laws. Please email us prior to your purchase for a quote on total product price if you are outside of US borders.

Product Returns:

Unused and unopened products are accepted up to 30 days after purchase and given full credit less original shipping fee.

Additional Shipping:

Formerly we shipped all products with no additional shipping costs. Unfortunately we are unable to continue with that tradition when it comes to Protein Bars and Ready to Drink Products because of the current cost environment. Protein Bar prices have been reduced to wholesale and you'll pay a one time surcharge of $5 dollars no matter what the quantity of Bars and/or Drinks you purchase is.
